According to RadioAndRecords
Clear Channel's WUBA (Rumba 104.5)/Philadelphia flipped today to "Radio 104.5," billed as "Philadelphia's only adult alternative station." Rumba's tropical
format has moved to 1480 AM.
I haven't heard the format, just received this in my e-mail. I'll check and post back later.
